APPOINTMENTS
Please book your appointment in advance to ensure your preferred date, time, and
therapist for your services.

CHECK IN
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule
and fill out the necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your appointment may
be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for
single treatments. Spa packages and group reservations require 48 hours. Late
cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-
shows will be charged the full amount.

COMFORT
Although massage and body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for
your privacy is our primary concern. Undergarments may be worn if preferred.
Careful draping procedures are observed at all times and we encourage you to
communicate any discomfort to your therapist..

CELL PHONES
To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, cell phones and pagers must be
turned off in the spa.

AGE REQUIREMENTS AND CHILDREN
Our spa is a place of serenity and healing so we request that children under 14 be
allowed by appointment only. Clients must be at least 18 years of age, otherwise a
parent or guardian’s approval is required. Children are not permitted unless receiving
a service and must be accompanied by an adult.

GRATUITY
Prices do not include gratuity except for spa parties. In appreciation to the staff for
outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion..
